About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our design/marketing team. You will assist in creating visuals for digital and print media, support branding projects, and collaborate on creative campaigns. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience and a strong portfolio.Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing graphics for social media posts, ads, website banners, presentations, and marketing materials- Support in developing brand assets and visual concepts- Work with the team to create engaging layouts for campaigns and events- Edit images, illustrations, and basic motion graphics when needed- Help maintain consistency of brand identity across all design outputs- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams on creative requirements- Follow design briefs and deliver projects on timeRequirements- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Knowledge of InDesign and Figma is a plus)- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of color, layout, and typography- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly- Basic knowledge of social media design standards- A portfolio showcasing academic/work projects (PDF or link)Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)- Basic video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)- Illustration or digital drawing skills- Experience designing for eCommerce or branding projects- Knowledge of trends, modern aesthetics, and visual storytelling (ref:updazz.com)
