Pharma (Preferred)Experience: 1-3 years in Medical / Pharmaceutical SalesIndustry: Pharma / Healthcare / Medical ProductsRoles & Responsibilities:Doctor & Hospital Visits:- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote medical products and generate prescriptions.Field Sales & Territory Management:- Manage assigned territory, plan daily routes, and ensure strong field coverage to maximize sales opportunities.Product Promotion & Presentation:- Explain product usage, composition, benefits, and competitive advantages to doctors and medical staff.Relationship Building:- Maintain long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and key opinion leaders.Sales Target Achievement:- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective field planning, route management, and follow-ups.Order Booking & Coordination:- Coordinate with retailers, chemists, and distributors for order booking, delivery follow-up, and stock availability.Market Research & Competitor Tracking:- Gather and report information on competitor products, pricing, market trends, and new opportunities in the territory.Daily Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain DCR (Daily Call Report), visit logs, sample distribution records, and share daily/weekly reports with management.
