-Will be responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territories- Adept at identifying and developing key distributors in the assigned city- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life- Should be aware of the commercials and have a good network of suitable distributors- Should have a good knowledge about the retail channel and have handled distributors and RS across UP region.- Channel and cost Management- Team management - Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrantsKey Skills:- Strong communication, relationship building and management skills.
