The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, explaining investment options, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote investment products including mutual funds, equities, and other financial instruments.- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients to convert inquiries into business.- Explain financial products clearly, addressing customer queries and helping them make informed investment decisions.- Maintain and update the client database regularly.- Assist the sales team in meeting targets by generating and qualifying leads.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Finance preferred).- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling/sales in mutual funds, stock market, or investment advisory industry.- Good understanding of financial products and services.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.- Ability to persuade and build strong relationships with clients.- Basic knowledge of CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
