We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of experience and strong AutoCAD skills. The candidate will be responsible for preparing drawings, executing site work, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project quality and timelines at our Eluru location. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D drawings, plans, layouts, and detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and quantity calculations
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is as per drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily site records
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety rules, and company requirements
• Support senior engineers in project execution and quality assurance
• Communicate effectively with the team for smooth project operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D preferred)
• Knowledge of construction materials, site execution, and estimation
• Good understanding of structural drawings and architectural plans
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage on-site activities and problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or residential building projects
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic project documentation
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
