The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java development, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure applications meet security and compliance standards.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate .
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture .
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
