Role Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Art Director/Sr. Art Director with a strong design sensibility, leadership capabilities, and prior experience in handling a creative team. Candidate having knowledge & understanding of Insurance & Financial products will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of designers and visualizers to deliver high-quality creative output.- Conceptualize and execute campaign ideas across digital, print, and film.- Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and strategists to build impactful campaigns.- Translate briefs into visually stunning and effective communication pieces.- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to financial brand guidelines.- Present creative ideas and storyboards to clients confidently. Requirements:- 5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Art Director in an advertising agency.
-Proven ability to lead and manage a creative team.
-Strong portfolio showcasing work across various mediums, especially for financial brands.
-Candidate having knowledge & understanding of Insurance & Financial products will be an added advantage.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
-Strong visual sense, typography skills, and attention to detail.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Professional Skills:- Minimum of 5 years of design/content creation experience- Graduate in art/fine arts preferable- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD.- Working knowledge of After Effects and Web based design tools will be an added advantage.Other Skills:- Good communication and listening skills - English as a spoken language a must.- A strong, conceptual thinker having excellent design sense.- Team player that demonstrates strong organizational skills in order to effectively handle multiple projects at a time- Successfully manages tight schedule in order to meet strict timelines (ref:updazz.com)
