We are looking for energetic field interns to visit workshops, fabrication units, and job sites to demonstrate& abrasives and tools, educate users on their benefits, and generate usage trials. This role is ideal for technically skilled individuals who enjoy hands-on work, product application, and customer interaction. Responsibilities:

• Visit end-users (welders, fabricators, grinders, etc.) in industrial clusters or marketplaces
• Conduct live product demonstrations (grinding wheels, flap discs, buffing solutions, etc.)
• Explain product advantages such as faster cut rates, longer life, and safety benefits (he will be trained by Company)
• Capture feedback and usage behavior, and report daily field activities
• Support local dealer/distributor teams during activations and roadshows

Influence product trials and facilitate conversions into orders
