We are seeking a skilled and politically savvy Content Coordinator with an in-depth understanding of Maharashtra state politics. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the media industry and experience creating compelling, politically-driven content. This role involves researching, identifying, and developing content that aligns with political narratives and shaping strategies for effective messaging across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Content Research and Development:- Conduct in-depth research on current political developments, trends, and key figures in Maharashtra politics.- Analyze political narratives in the media and identify content opportunities.- Create engaging, informative, and insightful political content across various formats (articles, blogs, social media, video scripts, etc.).Content Strategy:- Develop and implement content strategies that align with political goals and objectives.- Collaborate with the team to strategize campaigns and long-term content plans based on current political climates and trends.- Ensure the content resonates with target audiences and aligns with the broader political messaging and strategy.Media Monitoring and Analysis:- Monitor various media outlets (news channels, newspapers, social media, etc.) to stay updated on emerging political narratives.- Identify key political conversations and create content to address or amplify those narratives.Collaboration:- Work closely with campaign managers, digital marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on time and is aligned with the overall campaign strategy.- Liaise with writers, designers, and other content creators to manage content production.Content Creation:- Create original, accurate, and timely content that is engaging and politically relevant.- Adapt content to different platforms and audiences, ensuring political messages are clear and effective.Trend Identification:- Stay ahead of trends in the political content space, proposing new ways to present and distribute content.- Provide insights into potential political opportunities or risks that may affect content strategy.Job Requirement- Bachelor s degree in Political Science, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.- 3 years of experience working in content creation or coordination, preferably within the media or political sectors.- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Maharashtra state politics, political figures, and key issues.- Strong research and analytical skills to identify political trends and content opportunities.- Proven ability to craft engaging, informative, and persuasive content.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Marathi and English.- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and campaign managers.- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced political environment.- Experience with digital media platforms and social media content strategy.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in political campaigns or consulting.- Familiarity with Maharashtra s regional dynamics and electorate behavior.- Knowledge of SEO and content distribution strategies.
