Job Summary:The Tender Manager will oversee the entire tendering process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive bid submissions. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing bid strategies, and maximizing the success rate of tenders and RFP responses.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with company strategy.- Develop bid strategies, timelines, and resource allocation for each tender.- Lead cross-functional teams (technical, finance, legal, sales) to prepare proposals.- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.- Draft, review, and finalize tender documents to meet high-quality standards.- Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for necessary inputs.- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.- Manage post-submission activities, including clarifications, presentations, and negotiations.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.- 3-7 years of experience in tender/bid management or related fields.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.- Knowledge of industry-specific tendering processes.- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Preferred:- Experience in [insert relevant industry: Construction / IT / Healthcare / Public Sector].- Familiarity with government and private procurement procedures.Key Competencies:- Attention to detail- Strategic thinking- Team leadershipContact: 7607019992 (ref:updazz.com)
