Preventive Maintenance PM: To preserve system longevity and efficiency, conduct routine and preventive maintenance checks, such as cleaning coils and filters, lubricating moving parts, monitoring refrigerant levels, and testing electrical circuits. Diagnostics: To precisely identify operational issues, use specialist testing apparatus. Code Compliance: Make sure that all installation and maintenance work conforms with building, mechanical, and electrical codes at the local, state, and federal levels. Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional manner while effectively communicating with customers about the diagnosis, required repairs, and expected prices. Soft Skills: Excellent diagnostic and systematic problem-solving abilities. Strong customer service and communication skills.
