- Kreedo is looking for Business Development Managers in Bangalore who are excited to be a part of our fastpaced, high-intensity work environment and work with business leaders aligned with our mission.- Our Mission 2025 is to transform the way learning is delivered by impacting 1 million children annually to get closer to our vision to democratize quality early education.- As an integral part of our growing BDM team, you will contribute to our mission to expand from our current set of 700 partner schools to 7000 schools in 3 years by 2025.Responsibilities :- Communicating with customers, making calls to potential customers and following up on leads.- Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.- Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information via email.- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.- Maintaining a database of current and potential customers.- Maintaining rapport with current and potential customers.- Explaining the features of products and services.- Organizing sales visits to demonstrate the features of products and services.- Staying informed about competing products and services.- Researching and qualifying prospects.- Upselling products and services.- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.- Follow up for advances and balance payments from customersExperience :Experience : 0 - 3 years of Sales ExperienceEducation : Any GraduateLanguage Preference : English, Hindi & any Local Language (Telugu / Kannada)- Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage- Previous experience in outbound calls / telecalling / related sales position is preferredSkills & Abilities :- Ability to multitask and adhere to processes- Good communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent customer servicing skills- Strong listening and sales skills- Self-motivated, results-driven and a good Team playerIs flexible to travel whenever requiredImmediate joinees are preferred.
