Key Responsibilities :Outbound Calling : Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or lead list.Sales Pitch : Clearly and convincingly communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to generate interest.Lead Management : Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive telecalling.Customer Engagement : Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.Objection Handling : Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively to move them through the sales cycle.Achieving Targets : Meet and exceed individual and team-based daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Data Management: Accurately document and update all customer interactions, details, and sales progress in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Follow-ups : Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.Feedback : Provide feedback from the market and customers to the management team to help improve products and strategies.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor s degree is preferred.Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
