We cater to discerning clients who value craftsmanship, creativity, and cultural diversity in our collections.Responsibilities:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.- Follow and achieve department s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Go the extra mile to drive sales.- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store s design)- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Also, should have good knowledge of Furnishing and Furniture.- Superior product knowledge.- Achieving established targets.- Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor.- Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.- Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.Knowledge and Skills:- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role.- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.- Behavioral Competencies: - Initiative - Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.- Outgoing, Charismatic, Enthusiastic, Expressive, dominates conversations.- Active, fast paced, strong willed, determined, goal oriented, Logical and decisive.
