-Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings to promote available projects.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
-Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable farmland options.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
-Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in farmland or real estate sales.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Confident in client interactions and capable of closing deals independently.
-Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel.
