About the Role:We are looking for highly motivated professionals with prior experience in the healthcare process domain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver accurate solutions to client concerns.Role Responsibilities- Handle customer queries and concerns related to pharmaceutical and healthcare processes with accuracy and empathy.- Provide compliant, industry-standard solutions and professional guidance to customers.- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive, clear communication.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure process quality, documentation, and compliance.- Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical/healthcare guidelines and best practices.Candidate Requirements :- Experience: Minimum 6 months-1 year in a healthcare process (BPO/KPO/Customer Service).- International Exposure: Mandatory for healthcare vertical candidates (preferably US process).- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English is compulsory.- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare processes.- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to assess needs and offer suitable solutions.- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Healthcare Vertical - Additional Requirements- A minimum of 5 candidates needed to start the new healthcare process.- Prior experience in an international setup (specifically US process) is mandatory.- Experience requirement: 6 months to 1 year.- Excellent communication skills are strictly required as per client expectations.
