In this role, you will be the face of the company on the ground-meeting HR managers, giving product demos, and onboarding companies for their open vacancies. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who enjoys interacting with people, thrives on targets, and wants to grow with a cutting-edge HR tech company.Key Responsibilities:- Visit local companies and meet HR Managers/Recruitment Heads.- Present and demo InterVeo s video interview platform.- Onboard companies and help them post their open vacancies on the platform.- Build and maintain strong client relationships.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (new client sign-ups & activations).- Gather feedback from clients to help improve our product and services.Ideal Candidate:What We re Looking For:- 2-3 years of experience in field sales/business development (freshers with high energy and confidence are welcome).- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to build rapport quickly with HR professionals and decision-makers.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-field visits.- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus.
