Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bot Development Specialist to design, build, and maintain advanced conversational AI solutions. This role involves working on cutting:edge technologies to deliver seamless user experiences through voice and chat interfaces, integrating with telephony systems, and deploying solutions on cloud platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring performance, scalability, and operational excellence for enterprise:grade bots. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Design and Develop Bots: Build intelligent bots using Kore.AI and other platforms, ensuring robust lifecycle management.

Integrate Voice and Telephony Services: Implement voice bot solutions integrated with Genesys/CXOne for superior customer engagement.

Enable Cloud Deployments: Deploy and manage solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security.

Optimize Performance: Debug, monitor, and optimize bot performance for reliability and efficiency.

Support Operations: Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for deployed solutions.

Collaborate in Agile Teams: Work closely with cross:functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/ADO.
