Job Description The Oracle Item Code Creation Executive will be responsible for creating and managing item codes in Oracle based on PR (Purchase Requisition) requirements received from project teams. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely creation of item codes. Key Responsibilities & & & & & & & & Review PR requirements received from various project teams. & & & & & & & & Convert PR details into the specified Item Request format. & & & & & & & & Create new item codes in the Oracle system as per organizational guidelines. & & & & & & & & Ensure accuracy and completeness of all item-related data before uploading. & & & & & & & & Coordinate with project and procurement teams for clarifications and validations. & & & & & & & & Maintain updated records of all created item codes. & & & & & & & & Follow internal documentation and approval processes. Required Qualifications Graduation/Post-graduation or equivalent. Skills & Competencies & & & & & & & & Strong hands-on expertise in MS Excel (mandatory). & & & & & & & & Good communication skills to interact with all project stakeholders. & & & & & & & & Corporate Exposure & & & & & & & & Basic understanding of item master data (preferred). & & & & & & & & Strong organizational and documentation skills. Experience 2-3 years in item creation, master data management, or related roles (preferred, not mandatory). & & & & & & & & Exposure of handling project data
