Role Overview As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will play an important role in lead generation, software product promotion, customer communication, and assisting the senior team in marketing activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in software sales , digital marketing , and client handling .
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and online research.
• Explain and demonstrate Jewelry Software products to potential clients.
• Schedule and conduct software demo sessions.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Update CRM with daily tasks, leads, and communication logs.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support social media campaigns, digital branding, and promotional activities.
• Create basic marketing content (posts, messages, presentations, brochures).
• Conduct market research to identify target customers and competition.
• Assist in managing email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Help the team in planning marketing strategies and events.

Skills & Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates (BBA, MBA, BCom, BTech, or any relevant stream).
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or local language.
• Interest in technology, software sales, and jewelry industry trends.
• Ability to learn quickly and present ideas confidently.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-focused.
