Job Profile : Teaching Faculty

- Teach IBDP Business Management (SL/HL) to Grade 11 12 students.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum framework .
- Guide students through Internal Assessments (IAs) , ensuring understanding of research, analysis, and evaluation criteria.
- Prepare students for external examinations , including case study preparation and exam strategies.
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and academic abilities.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world business application in lessons.
- Assess, grade, and provide timely feedback on student work.
- Participate in collaborative planning, moderation, and departmental meetings.
- Contribute to curriculum review and development for the Business Studies department.
