We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database.- Explain products or services to potential customers.- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.- Maintain a record of calls and follow-ups.- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.Requirements:- Excellent communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].- Good convincing and negotiation skills.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus).- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.Perks & Benefits:- Incentives based on performance.- Training and career growth opportunities.- Friendly and supportive work environment.
