Job Summary:
Bechtel is seeking a talented, energetic, ambitious Digital Delivery support who wants to join our software configuration/support team. As a system support you will have the opportunity to be a member of our Digital Delivery group working with state:of:the:art tools and technologies to interface the next wave of software applications for our global enterprise. Youll get the chance to interface with customers, create new products, and improve existing systems. The products that you build will touch thousands of users across the globe.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and configuration of the Cost Management System (EcoSys) within the Project Controls function and contribute to enterprise:wide initiatives related to Project Controls systems. This position will primarily focus on system configuration and enhancement of BI reporting capabilities, while also supporting application maintenance and process optimization.
The role requires hands:on experience with EcoSys configuration, along with a strong understanding of information systems techniques, BI tools, and system analysis practices. The candidate will collaborate with functional teams to analyze complex business challenges, provide scalable solutions, and apply sound System Analyst judgment to deliver efficient and innovative outcomes.
Major Responsibilities:
:
Collaborate with non:technical stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions for Project Controls Cost System implementation.
:
Strong proficiency in EcoSys configuration to design and implement cost control system, reporting, and system automation.
:
Leverage 3:8 years of hands:on experience in BI reporting and automation, with demonstrated expertise in tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel Macro.
:
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and report performance optimization to support scalable BI solutions.
:
Design, develop, and troubleshoot data exchanges, integrations, and dataflow processes across enterprise applications.

Analyze and resolve system:related issues; devise innovative, practical solutions to address project and customer challenges.

Coordinate with Automation Leads and cross:functional teams to ensure successful system
