Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate potential business leads. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by building a strong pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and market research
• Generate leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels
• Qualify leads based on company criteria and requirements
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
• Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads
• Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation or sales support (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM systems
• Ability to research and identify decision-makers
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
