The position is execution-heavy, fast-paced, and designed for individuals who can handle daily content output, creator outreach, and campaign support with speed and accountability.- We are looking for candidates who can execute consistently, follow structure, and operate comfortably in a performance-driven environment.ROLE DETAILS- Position: Social Media Executive- Location: Remote (India)- Working Days: 6 days per week- Working Hours: Flexible, output-based (long hours may be required to complete deliverables)COMPENSATION STRUCTURE :Phase 1 - Probation (First 3 Months) :- Compensation: INR 12,000 per month- Engagement: Independent Contractor Agreement- Objective: Skill validation, output consistency, reliability, and performance against KPIsPhase 2 - Post Confirmation :- Compensation: INR 25,000 per month- Engagement: Long-term Contract- Eligibility: Subject to successful completion of probation and achievement of performance KPIs- Confirmation is performance-based, not automatic.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Social Media Execution :- Create, schedule, and publish daily content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)- Support short-form video content (Reels / Shorts / Clips)- Assist in caption writing, hashtags, CTAs, and basic creative adaptation- Maintain content calendars and posting disciplineCreator & Influencer Outreach- Execute high-volume outreach (100 DMs per day when required)- Coordinate with micro-influencers and creators for collaborations or affiliate campaigns- Track outreach responses and follow-upsCampaign Support- Support social media campaigns focused on engagement, leads, and conversions- Assist in execution of promotional pushes, launches, and content sprintsReporting & Coordination- Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, clicks)- Share daily/weekly execution updates- Coordinate with internal team members for content and campaign executionREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :Mandatory :- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media execution- Prior experience handling daily content posting for a brand or creator- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, short-form video formats, and trends- Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive execution tasks- Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and deadlines strictly- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervisionPreferred (Not Mandatory) :- Basic video editing (CapCut / InShot / Canva / similar)- Experience with influencer outreach or creator collaborations- Exposure to conversion-focused or sales-driven social campaigns- Familiarity with social media scheduling toolsWHO SHOULD NOT APPLYThis role is NOT suitable for candidates who:- Are only interested in strategy or planning roles- Are uncomfortable with execution-heavy or repetitive work- Expect fixed 9-5 working hours- Are unwilling to work in a performance-driven environment- Are looking for internships or part-time rolesCONTRACT & COMPLIANCE :- All hires are onboarded as independent contractors- KYC verification is mandatory before contract issuance- Compliance procedures are non-negotiable WHY JOIN CROWBAR :- Exposure to high-speed startup execution- Real ownership of social media operations- Opportunity to convert to a long-term role based on performance- Learn execution-first, revenue-driven social media systems (ref:updazz.com)
