HR Recruiter 's job is to& manage the full hiring lifecycle, finding, attracting, screening, and hiring top talent that fits company culture by collaborating with managers, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates via job boards/social media, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring, extending offers, and onboarding new hires, ensuring an efficient, inclusive, and strategic talent acquisition process.&

• Screening & Assessment: & Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidate skills and culture fit.&
• Interview Coordination: & Schedule and manage interviews with hiring teams.&
• Candidate Management: & Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), manage candidate data, and provide regular updates.&
• Offer & Onboarding: & Negotiate offers, manage background checks, extend offers, and facilitate new hire onboarding.&
• Reporting & Branding: & Track key metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire) and enhance employer branding.&
