Utility Infrastructure: Create plans for subterranean utilities such as drainage systems, sanitary sewers, and water distribution. Clash Detection: To find and fix "clashes " between MEP building services and civil utilities, use Navisworks or comparable BIM software. Multidisciplinary Coordination: To guarantee that site-to-building transitions are precisely coordinated, collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experts. Regulatory Approval: Verify that all designs adhere to ADA requirements, municipal rules, and environmental regulations. Permitting: Help prepare paperwork for utility provider approvals and municipal permits. BIM Coordination: Attend BIM coordination meetings to update models in response to project modifications.
