About the Role:We are hiring a TeleSales Executive - Kannada to support outbound and inbound sales of travel insurance products. This role involves communicating with customers from South India, maintaining client records, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Make and receive outbound/inbound calls to customers (mainly from South India).- Communicate fluently in Kannada (mandatory), and handle basic communication in Hindi and English.- Provide product information, handle customer queries, and escalate issues if needed.- Maintain client records using Excel and email.- Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.- Knowledge of Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.Required Skills:- Fluency in Kannada (mandatory), Hindi & basic English- Good communication & listening skills- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Data Entry)- Customer handling ability- Patience, confidence & persuasive communication- Multi-lingual ability (Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu) - preferredEducation & Experience:- Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate- Experience: 0 - 4 Years (Telecalling/Sales preferred)InduPower Nest Global Private Limited (ref:updazz.com)
