We are seeking a high-performing, charismatic Closing Head to lead the final stages of our sales funnel for one of the leading real estate company.- You will be responsible for the most critical part of the customer journey: the final price negotiation and the successful closing of apartment sales.
-You will act as the face of the company during the final decision-making process, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Negotiation: Lead face-to-face negotiations with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to finalize property prices and payment terms.Sales Closing: Convert site visits and warm prospects into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and value-propositions.Objection Handling: Expertly navigate client concerns regarding pricing, legalities, and project timelines to reach a Yes. Relationship Management: Maintain a sophisticated rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident and valued during the final paperwork phase.Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Generation and Sourcing teams to ensure a smooth hand-off of prospects for closing.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly closing targets to drive company revenue.
