Data Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM software. Service Quality: Consistently meet or exceed quality targets, including CSAT scores and quality audit benchmarks. Escalation Handling: Identify complex issues that cannot be resolved immediately and escalate them to the appropriate Team Leader or specialized department. Compliance: Follow company policies regarding data privacy and security to protect sensitive customer information Skills: Native-level Fluency: Outstanding Telugu verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to talk intelligibly and professionally.
