Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Inside Sales) - Investment ProductsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team and sell our investment products, including Fixed Deposits, Insurance Products, and Investments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, with 1-5 years of experience in selling investment products.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers.Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and requirements.Provide accurate information about our investment products, including their features, benefits, and returns.Address customer queries and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.Follow up with customers on a regular basis to build long-term relationships.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Requirements:1-5 years of experience in inside sales of investment products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections.Knowledge of investment products, including Fixed Deposits, Insurance Products, and Investments.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Education and Certification:Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Certification in Financial Planning, Investment, or Insurance will be an added advantage.We offer a competitive salary package and an attractive commission structure, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
