We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across multiple roles, especially in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) , referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Handle offer negotiation, offer release, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment data and reports using Excel / ATS
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
