Job Description: We are seeking dynamic Civil Engineers with 2 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site execution, who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive digital transformation in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities: Apply in-depth knowledge of construction workflows and site execution to support digital initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitise on-site processes, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and quality control Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions Provide field-level insights to help shape user-friendly tech tools for construction management
Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 2 5 years of site execution experience on construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and quality standards Interest in technology, with a learning mindset towards digital tools and platforms (e.g., BIM, project management software, IoT, mobile apps) Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, tech-driven teams
Preferred: Exposure to digital construction tools or initiatives Experience in lean construction, process improvement, or tech-enabled project delivery
