Role Summary The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for converting inquiries into admissions for Proxima Skills Academy s certification and diploma programs (Life Sciences, IT, and other skill-based courses). The role involves counseling students, conducting follow-ups, managing leads through CRM, scheduling demos, and achieving individual and team revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities& Lead Management & Calling

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students from CRM leads
• Understand student background, career goals, and training requirements
• Maintain accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-up schedules in CRM
• Ensure all calls are done strictly through the CRM system

Student Counseling & Admissions

• Provide detailed counseling on Life Science and other skill-based courses
• Recommend& 1 primary course 1 alternate course& based on student profile
• Explain course curriculum, career outcomes, fees, and timelines
• Address student objections related to fees, placements, and career growth
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions

Demo & Follow-up Coordination

• Schedule demo sessions using official email ID
• Share detailed conversation notes before demo scheduling
• Ensure demos are attended, recorded, and followed up
• Maintain high demo-to-admission conversion ratio
