Key Responsibilities

• Drive qualified B2B lead generation using Apollo.io, Lusha, and CRM-integrated workflows.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, engineering, manufacturing, and software service sectors.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, exhibitions, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Create product and service presentations / email templates tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with technical & operations team to prepare proposals and customized solutions.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors & customer needs.
• Use MS Excel for lead tracking, trend analysis, Data Management and reporting.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly business reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Marketing with a bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer science
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi and Telugu).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts & Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior internship experience in lead generation is a plus
• Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu.
• Lead Generation through Lusha, Apollo.io is preferred
• Engineering background is an added advantage.
• B2B/B2C Sales background from Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense Industries is a plus
