This role will support various digital event intellectual properties such as live masterclasses, demo/free classes, and alumni connect sessions.As a key contributor, you will ensure these events maximise impact through:- Registrations- Attendance- ExperienceAnd Other important KPI s This position will involve hands-on moderation and hosting of Live Digital Events while coordinating with various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about marketing and event management in a fast-paced environment.Roles and Responsibilities:- Act as a moderator and host for all digital events, including free classes, masterclasses, and live-assisted classes.- Serve as the first point of contact for potential learners, engaging with the audience during and after sessions through emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, sales, and marketing, to execute events seamlessly.- Highlight Scaler s value propositions during live sessions, presenting programs and offerings effectively.- Gain credibility by driving registrations, attendance, and exceptional audience experience, ultimately contributing to sales outcomes.- Use tools like CRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage) for communication, lead management, and audience engagement.- Take ownership of operational elements like event setup, reporting, and follow-ups.- Learn and assist with marketing tasks, including email campaigns and content development, while maintaining Scaler s brand image.- Work on Junior Marketing Associate - Digital Events special initiative projects, which may involve collaborating with B2B partners, conducting user study analyses, and contributing to strategic campaigns.Key Skills:- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.- Event Moderation: Comfortable in front of the camera, interacting with live audiences, instructors, and guest speakers.- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work with internal and cross-functional teams and align with organisational goals.- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools like WebEngage or MoEngage etc.- Proactive and Organized: Ready to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage time efficiently.- Problem Solver: Ability to handle live event queries and maintain audience engagement confidently.Additional Information:- 5-day working including weekends- This role requires availability on weekends; however, compensatory time off (2 days) will be provided.- Eager to learn and grow, with a keen interest in marketing, event management, and digital platforms.
