Role Overview- The Venue Sales & Planning Manager will be the frontline owner of sales conversions and customer experience at HoC venues. This role manages the team of in-house Planners (our unique value proposition) who guide couples and families from enquiry through booking, and ensure they experience the warmth and confidence that HoC stands for.- You will combine sales leadership, customer consultation, and team management to maximize venue bookings, drive high customer satisfaction, and ensure every Planner at your venues delivers consistently high-quality consultations.Key Responsibilities :Sales Ownership :- Drive venue sales targets for assigned HoC properties.- Track leads from enquiry to booking, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong conversion.Planner Team Management :- Manage, mentor, and train venue Planners to deliver world-class consultations.- Monitor Planner performance (conversion %, NPS, booking timelines).- Establish playbooks and best practices for customer conversations, site visits, and upsell opportunities.Customer Experience Leadership :- Be the brand face at the venue: deliver a premium, trust-building, and consultative experience.- Step in for high-value clients and ensure smooth handover from enquiry - planner - booking.- Capture customer insights to improve our offerings and service design.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Work closely with central services (decor, catering, photography) to upsell services within venues.- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaigns.- Partner with operations to ensure a seamless handover post-booking.Desired Profile :- 1-3 years of experience- Excellent communication- Problem identify and summarize problems- Comfortable with data analysisWhy Join Us?At HoC, you ll be at the heart of transforming the wedding industry.
