- Sales and Marketing of the Building Automation Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Parking Guidance Systems, Occupancy sensors and lighting control.
-Planning and executing various marketing activities like e-mail campaign, participation in exhibition.
-Customer data management.
-Finding prospective customers and generating lead.
-Preparation of quotations/ proposals - Techno-commercial discussions with customer and order finalization.
-Managing key customer accounts. Developing and maintaining relationship with existing key customers.
-Keeps management informed of progress on every sales lead and customer account.
-Liaison between customer and project execution team for successful completion of project.
-Take challenging sales targets and strive to exceed them. Skills: - Excellent communication skills.
-Knowledge of the Building Automation and HVAC will be added advantage.
-The candidate should be willing to take initiative and should act as a good team member.
-Commercial understanding such as payment terms, various schedules, warranty, LD, retention of contracting projects in the field. Experience: - 2- 5 years relevant experience Education: - Post-Graduation in Marketing would be preferred - Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in electrical, Instrumentation or electronics Engineering.
