Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from/to existing Kotak Life Insurance policyholders.- Resolve customer queries and concerns related to their current life insurance policies.- Identify customer needs and upsell additional life insurance products based on eligibility and suitability.- Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales/cross-sell targets.- Build long-term rapport and act as a trusted advisor to the customer base.
