-Ensure brand consistency in all digital, print, and social media communications.Digital Marketing : - Plan and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing initiatives, social media engagement, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and content marketing programs.
-Analyze and optimize digital channels to enhance user engagement and maximize conversion rates.Market Research : - Conduct comprehensive market research to gain insights into customer preferences, emerging industry trends, and competitive landscape.
-Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and marketing performance metrics to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness.Content Creation & Management : - Develop high-quality, engaging content for blogs, websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and various marketing collateral.
-Oversee the creation of compelling multimedia content (videos, graphics, infographics) in collaboration with the design team.Campaign Management : - Execute and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, encompassing planning, implementation, meticulous tracking, and comprehensive reporting of results.
-Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns across diverse platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Lead Generation & Customer Engagement : - Develop innovative strategies to generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing channels.
-Create engaging content and targeted initiatives to nurture customer relationships and enhance customer retention rates.Event Marketing & PR : - Plan and execute impactful marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and foster customer engagement.
-Coordinate closely with public relations teams to manage media relations and maximize brand visibility.Collaboration & Teamwork : - Work in close collaboration with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, driving overall business growth.
-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, design, customer service) to ensure seamless and successful campaign execution.Reporting & Analytics : - Track marketing campaign performance utilizing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
-Present comprehensive marketing performance reports to management, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.Qualifications :- Educational Background:- - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.- Experience:- - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in digital marketing or brand management.
-Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing initiatives, and social media engagement.Technical Skills : - Proficient knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
-Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Soft Skills : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
