Customer Success Associate - International Chat Support (Tech Process)About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our Tech Support - International Chat Process team. As part of our customer experience department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support via chat to a global customer base.Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries via chat- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-time resolution- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and engage with customers- Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process is mandatoryCompensation & Benefits:- Salary: - 25,000 to - 31,000 CTC- Working Days: 5 days a week- Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs- Perks: Company-provided both side cab facility(UPTO 20 KM) (ref:updazz.com)
