Key Responsibilities:- Build Hyperlocal Presence - Identify high-intent societies and build access via WhatsApp groups, society apps (MyGate, NoBrokerHood), and local events.- Set Up & Manage Local Networks - Find and activate POCs (residents, sellers, buyers, admins) to drive organic referrals and repeat outreach.- Post & Engage in Communities - Share listings and Truva updates in society forums, Facebook groups, and Reddit threads; track conversations and respond.- Coordinate Society Outreach - Run consistent offline and online activations across micro-markets, including standees, kiosks, and listing posters.- Track Performance & Learn - Maintain trackers for society-wise activity, message engagement, and referral traction; feed learnings into repeatable Playbooks.What We re Looking For:- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, community, or operations- Strong execution skills and willingness to be hands-on - both digitally and on-ground- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for follow-through- Bonus: Familiarity with real estate, society apps, or WhatsApp-based outreach (ref:updazz.com)
