What You ll Do:- Plan and execute high-performance digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.)- Optimize for key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, etc.- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and drive actionable strategies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Content, Design)- Manage significant ad budgets and ensure ROI-focused execution- Test, track, and tweak campaigns for continuous performance gains What You Bring:- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and attribution tools (Apps Flyer, GTM, etc.)- Strong analytics and reporting capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency)- Creative mindset performance-driven execution- Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or digital/creator-first platforms is a plus Bonus Points:- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, SEO/ASO knowledge- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (ref:updazz.com)
