We are seeking an organized and detail-orientated Sales Support and Coordination Manager to oversee backend operations, support the sales team, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily sales support functions such as lead distribution, follow-ups, and tracking progress.- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless workflow.- Create and maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and sales summaries.- Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of CRM data by the team.- Resolve issues related to client servicing, documentation, or delays in processes.Requirements: - Bachelor s degree preferred.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
