Job Summary:The Marketing Coordinator / Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations and driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and coordination of sales activities.
-The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and client documentation.- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to ensure timely delivery and service to clients.- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sales support.- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates.- Participate in marketing activities, events, and exhibitions as needed.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or a related role.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.Preferred Skills:- Experience in manufacturing, Ayurveda, Pharma is a plus.- Understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.- Fluency in English & Hindi- Computer Proficient is a plus.Interested Candidate can whatsapp CV on 9376045110 (ref:updazz.com)
