Job Title: Lead Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Work closely with Business Development and Account Managers to meet client SLAs.
Maintain accurate candidate and job data in the ATS/CRM.
Requirements:
3 6 years of experience as a Recruiter (IT & NON IT Both) within a recruitment agency .
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
