Role Overview :- We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own, scale, and systemize our performance marketing engine.- You will manage - 1 Cr monthly media budgets, drive profit-first growth, and build repeatable systems across acquisition, conversion, and retention.- This role reports directly to the founder / leadership team and comes with high decision-making authority.Key Responsibilities :1. Data, Attribution & Analytics Own performance measurement stack:- GA4, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions- Build clarity on:- Blended CAC vs channel CAC- LTV cohorts by acquisition source- Payback periods and contribution margins- Create decision-grade dashboards, not vanity reports4. Creative Performance Leadership- Lead creative performance strategy with in-house and external teams- Define testing frameworks:- Hooks, formats, creators, narratives- Identify creative fatigue early and refresh at scale- Build a creative intelligence system linked to revenue outcomes5.
