Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of design and be skilled in every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. Responsibilities:- Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts.- Independently perform medium to high complexity creative tasks that are intuitive and customer centric by following the brand guidelines.- Develop design guidelines to use in various products across organization to maximize aesthetic consistency for all platforms.- Work closely with fellow Designers to ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency and customer experience.- Collaborating and Consulting with the project team and determining visual design preferences and expectations.- Thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.Job Requirement:- Deadline oriented with 3 years of professional experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile.- Should possess the ability to convey messages and information through illustrations, graphics and patterns.- Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and AdobeXD / Sketch.- Experience working with website logo, banners etc.- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.- Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.- A strong eye for visual composition.- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.- Bachelor s degree in graphic design or related field.If your profile matches our requirements and you have relevant experience, then drop us an email with your updated resume (ref:updazz.com)
