Job Summary :-We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator (Female) to provide the necessary support to the sales team in a reputed real estate firm. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and clients alike, ensuring smooth communication and efficient day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities :-- Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.- Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and site visit scheduling.- Maintain and update CRM systems, client records, and sales reports.- Prepare and manage sales documentation, proposals, and agreements.- Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and client meetings.- Handle walk-in clients and provide necessary project information.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate support.- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.Desired Candidate Profile :-- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the real estate sector.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.- Comfortable working from the office (Sector 65, Noida).- Only female candidates should apply.
