-This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to spearhead business development initiatives, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence.
-The role will also be responsible for the Profit & Loss of the assigned region, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and cost management.Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the company s vision and revenue targets. Revenue & Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing channels. P&L Management : Oversee the financial health of the region, optimizing revenue streams, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability. Market Expansion : Identify and penetrate new markets, open new centers, build partnerships. Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive consistent business growth. Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to enhance brand loyalty and retention. Operational Efficiency : Ensure seamless execution of business processes, sales operations, and customer service excellence. Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to refine business strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop region-specific sales campaigns and initiatives. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and timely reporting of sales performance to senior management.Key Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 10-12 years of experience in sales & business development, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-oriented sectors. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, child development, or therapy-based service industry is a plus. Analytical Ability : Expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
